Empowering HIV/AIDS orphaned children in Africa to a self sustainable future

Income Generation Program

With donor support, Gideon opens his small business near the market in order to generate the income he needs to purchase daily items for home, including millet flour, veggies, cooking oil, salt, sugar and soap. Also supported have been start ups for a student making chapatis, a caregiver selling used clothing, student’s piggery and poultry projects, a caregiver’s small neighbourhood shop selling basics including rice and maize flour, a caregiver’s matooke (plantains) selling business, etc! The possibilities are actually endless, along with the gratitude!
